Fire up! Use your World of Hyatt points to bid to win fieldside seats, exclusive access and more for you and three (3) friends when Chicago Fire FC takes on Miami at Soldier Field on April 13, 2025. From kick off to final whistle, sit comfortably next to Chicago Fire FC’s bench enjoying complimentary food & beverage while you take in the action up close to some of the biggest stars in the game.

Auction opens on Tuesday, 3/25 at 9:00 AM CT and closes Tuesday, 4/1 at 9:00 AM CT. Bidding starts at 5,000 World of Hyatt points. Highest bid wins! Use of the Chicago Fire FC tickets is subject to the Chicago Fire FC Ticketing Terms and Conditions, by bidding on this auction item member hereby agrees to these terms.

Package includes the following for two adults:

• Four (4) tickets in the Benchside Seats presented by World of Hyatt section to Chicago Fire FC vs. Inter Miami CF on April 13
  • Includes access to all-inclusive food & beverage at Midway Club
• Two (2) parking passes in the North Garage
• VIP experience for four (4) people

• Auction item is available for World of Hyatt members whose membership is in good standing.
• Only one member can win. If you win, the Experience will be available in your cart to complete purchase with your World of Hyatt points. Only accepted method of payment is World of Hyatt points. Winner must complete the transaction by Thursday, 4/3/2025 or the auctioned experience will be forfeited and may, in Hyatt’s sole discretion, be offered to the next-highest bidder.
• If more than one bid is received for the same amount of points during the bidding period, then the bid that came in first succeeds and any bids that came in after are rejected unless they are higher than the highest bid.
• Experiences won at auction cannot be cancelled or refunded. If any aspect of this auction item is unavailable or the any aspect of the auction item is cancelled or is rescheduled, Hyatt may, in its sole discretion, provide a substitute for that aspect or reschedule or cancel the auction item. No credit will be issued and no points will be returned for any portion of auction item that is not used.
• Once a member places a bid, it cannot be retracted, modified, or canceled. By bidding, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for that auction Experience with World of Hyatt points if you are the winner. You may not withdraw or alter a bid once submitted.
• Auction item may be subject to certain requirements or conditions (e.g., attire, behavior/conduct, ticket terms), and your use of the auction item is subject to those requirements and conditions.
• No aspect of the auction item may not be resold or transferred for value without Hyatt’s prior written consent.

• The Benchside Seats presented by World of Hyatt section are located on the field in the Southwest corner of the stadium next to Chicago Fire FC’s bench.
• Must be at least 21 to participate in the auction and attend the game

• Hotel accommodations, flights and transportation are not included. Anything not expressly stated as part of the auction item is excluded, and attendees are solely responsible for all items and costs associated with participation not included in the auction item.
