Hosted at the Alila Villas Uluwatu
You'll meet the resort’s Regenerative Tourism Expert to tour the hotel's Sustainability Lab and learn about the hotel's self-sufficiency efforts and integrated design that blends harmoneously with the natural ecosystem. You'll also explore various local plants that growing in the organic garden, before your farm-to-table experience with the chef, where you'll learn to make sambal - a typical Indonesian chili sauce. You'll then cap off your experience with an Indonesian-style lunch at The Warung restaurant.
